2+ Players - Card-Sifting Rummy-like

Shuffle the deck and deal each player 2 cards. These cards are “Target” cards. Your goal is to create the highest collection of cards that match the suit and border of one of your target cards. Then deal 7 cards to each player, which will serve as a hand.

There are no turns in Cha-Cha Slide. Discard a card face up to your discard pile. Then, pick-up the top card of any player’s discard pile or draw from the top card of the deck. You may only hold up to 7 cards (in addition to your target cards) at the same time.
